# 서버 스킬 오류 문제(5xx)

CLOVA Studio 서비스를 이용하면서 다음과 같은 문제를 겪을 수 있습니다. 문제별 원인과 해결 방법을 확인하고 적절하게 조치해 주십시오. 

| HTTP 상태 코드 | 코드  | 메시지 | 원인 | 해결 방법 |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 500            | `64000` | `Model unavailable` | 응답 없음 | 서버 상태 점검 후 다시 요청 |
| 500            | `64424` | `Model generation failed` | HyperCLOVA 생성 실패 | 서버 상태 점검 후 다시 요청 |
| 500            | `64500` | `Model server error` | 모델 서버 오류 | 서버 상태 점검 후 다시 요청 |
| 500            | `65002` | `Response parsing failed` | 라우터 모델 응답 파싱 실패 | 서버 상태 점검 후 다시 요청 |
