날짜/시간 DTO 정보입니다.

구문은 다음과 같습니다.

private Long utc;
private String formattedDate;
private String formattedDateTime;
```

## 필드 <a name="필드"></a>
필드에 대한 설명은 다음과 같습니다.

| 필드              | 타입 | 필수 여부   | 설명                                                                                |
|-------------------|-----------|-----------|----------------------------------------------|
| `utc`               | Long       | Required   | 1970년 1월 1일 00:00:00 협정 세계시(UTC)부터의 경과 시간을  1/1000 초로 환산한 정수 |
|`formattedDate`     | String       | Required |  &#39;yyyy-MM-dd&#39; UTC+9 형태의 날짜                                          |
| `formattedDateTime` | String       | Required | &#39;yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss SSS&#39; UTC+9 형태의 시간                             |
