날짜/시간 DTO 정보입니다.

## 필드

필드에 대한 설명은 다음과 같습니다.

| 필드 | 타입 | 필수 여부 | 설명 |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `utc` | Long | Required | 1970년 1월 1일 00:00:00 협정 세계시(UTC)부터의 경과 시간을 1/1000 초로 환산한 정수 |
| `formattedDate` | String | Required | 'yyyy-MM-dd' UTC+9 형태의 날짜 |
| `formattedDateTime` | String | Required | 'yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss SSS' UTC+9 형태의 시간 |
