# Server skill error troubleshooting (5xx)

Available in Classic and VPC

You might run into the following problems when using CLOVA Studio. Find out causes and possible solutions.

| HTTP status code | Code | Message | Causes | Solution |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 500 | `64000` | `Model unavailable` | No response | Request again after checking server status. |
| 500 | `64424` | `Model generation failed` | HyperCLOVA creation failure | Request again after checking server status. |
| 500 | `64500` | `Model server error` | Model server error | Request again after checking server status. |
| 500 | `65002` | `Response parsing failed` | Router model response parsing failure | Request again after checking server status. |
