Available in VPC
While using the NCLUE service, you may experience the following issues. If the creation fails, check the cause and solution for each problem and take appropriate action.
Unknown error
The system message will display COMMON_ERROR.
Causes
An unknown error may occur during the process of creating a resource, and the resource may not be created.
Solution
Please contact Support.
Insufficient storage space
The system message will display DISK_SPACE_SHORTAGE.
Causes
Features, task models, and shopping intent profiles stored in the NCLUE service-only storage space can't be created unless the storage space required for resource creation is secured.
Solution
Delete unnecessary features, task models, and shopping intent profiles to free up storage space and try again.
Duplicate user ID
The system message will display DUPLICATE_USERID.
Causes
If there are duplicate user IDs in the data file, resources can't be created.
Solution
Edit the duplicate user ID in the data file and try again.
User ID length exceeded
The system message will display LIMIT_ERROR_MID_LENGTH.
Causes
If there is a user ID in the data file that exceeds the allowed length (up to 100 characters), the resource can't be created.
Solution
Edit the user ID in the data file to 100 characters or less and try again.
Missing file
The system message will display NOT_EXIST_FILE.
Causes
If the file in the path entered when creating the resource is empty or does not exist, the resource can't be created.
Solution
Check that the data file to be used for the path you entered exists and that the data has been written to the file correctly, and then try again.
Insufficient data
The system message will display NUM_OF_LABEL_INSUFFICIENT.
Causes
If there is not enough data in the correct answer set, training can't be performed, so the task can't be created.
Solution
The correct answer set data requires at least 100 users with 0 and 1 labels in the feature. Therefore, the feature corresponding to the ID of the correct answer set must also meet the minimum requirement of 200. Edit the correct answer set data to at least the recommended minimum number and try again.
File download failure
The system message will display OBS_DOWNLOAD_FAILED.
Causes
If there is a problem with the file path and file you entered, the file will not be downloaded from Object Storage, and you won't be able to create resources.
Solution
Check the file path and file you have entered, and then try again. If the problem persists, contact Support.
File upload failed
The system message will display OBS_UPLOAD_FAILED.
Causes
If you can't upload files to Object Storage due to a temporary error, you won't be able to create resources.
Solution
Try creating the resource again. If the problem persists, contact Support.
Object Storage access error
The system message will display OBS_USER_FILE_ACCESS_ERROR.
Causes
If the access to the user's Object Storage is not possible, you won't be able to create resources.
Solution
See if access control has been set for the Object Storage bucket you entered.
File processing error
The system message will display UNEXPECTED_FILE_TYPE.
Causes
If the input file does not meet the system requirements, the resource can't be created.
Solution
- Only the TSV format of UTF-8 encoded data files is supported. Change the format of the data file you are using and try again.
- If there is no problem with the file format when creating a task, but an error occurs, check if there are multiple correct answer dataset files in the path you entered. If there are multiple files, move or delete the files you do not need and try again.
Correct answer dataset label error
The system message will display UNEXPECTED_LABEL.
Causes
If there is an invalid label in the dataset file, the resource can't be created.
Solution
Among labels created on the correct answer dataset file, edit labels that are not 0 or 1 to 0 or 1 and try again.
File format error
The system message will display UNEXPECTED_TXT_FORMAT.
Causes
If the input file format does not meet the system requirements, the resource can't be created.
Solution
- Ensure that the tab separator (\t) is used in the UTF-8 encoded TSV format file.
- Make sure that there are no duplicate tab separators in the value.
- Make sure that the value is not empty.
